On March 18, 2025, a literary and musical evening dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the great Kazakh poet Abai Kunanbayev, titled “ҚАЛЫҢ ЕЛІМ, ҚАЗАҒЫМ, ҚАЙРАН ЖҰРТЫМ…” was held at the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Abai Khan. The event was organized by the Library and Information Center (BIC) and students of the Faculty of International Relations, Law, and Business.
The purpose of the event was to widely present the works of Abai, highlight his significance in the culture and spirituality of the Kazakh people, and promote patriotism, respect for humanity, and knowledge among the youth through Abai’s life and works.
