The Library Council of the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages (hereinafter referred to as the “Council”) is established to support the effective development of information resources for the Library and Information Center in alignment with the University’s academic profile. The Council also aims to enhance library and information services for students, faculty, and staff, as well as to promote media and information literacy.
The Council is composed of representatives from the University’s faculties, structural divisions, and the library. It includes a chairperson, a deputy chairperson, a secretary, and Council members.
The chairperson has the authority to invite additional University employees and students to participate in the Council’s activities in an advisory capacity, without voting rights.
